  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd If you consent, the Meta Pixel shares browsing behaviour with Meta for advertising purposes. Based in Ireland (EU).

  • Dutch tax authorities (Belastingdienst) We are legally required to retain financial records, including order data, for 7 years (wettelijke bewaarplicht).

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

  • Enquiry correspondence Up to 2 years, then permanently deleted.

  • Payment data Not stored by KAIKO&CO. Handled entirely by Squarespace Payments.
